HSNHC is proud to offer HIV Prevention Services to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS within our low-income community. Our HIV program is designed to reach people living with HIV. We offer immediate linkage to treatment for all newly diagnosed HIV-positive individuals and comprehensive medical care.
We provide case management services to individuals living with HIV to increase medication adherence and improve health outcomes. We have a team of Community Health Workers who are walking the streets and connecting with community members and offering our services like condom distribution and referrals, and navigation for more services.
We offer HIV testing and prevention services to Boston residents at risk of contracting HIV and refer them to our clinic for PrEP enrollment as needed. Services are provided in a client-centered, culturally sensitive, and respectful manner that utilizes the concept of harm reduction. Our infectious disease department offers free HIV rapid tests to all residents at our main clinic.
