Insurance/Benefits Assistance

Starting on January 1, 2026, there will be major changes to ConnectorCare plans (1, 2 and 3) and MassHealth plans that may affect your coverage, costs, or benefits.

What you need to know & do:

  • Due to new federal regulations, many members will see significant changes to their health plans.
  • Watch for letters or a blue renewal package from MassHealth.
  • Call us right away to schedule an appointment with one of our Certified Application Counselors.
  • Bring any paperwork you receive so we can review it together.
