Home / Patients & Visitors / COVID-19 Testing
Address: 24 Washington St, Boston, MA 02121
Testing (& Vaccinations):
The Prince Hall clinic is CLOSED for testing (& vaccination) on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.
Testing is available on walk-in basis. No appointments are needed. Please bring a photo ID if you have one.
We are currently only offering PCR tests. The samples are collected at the end of the day and sent to the lab, Broad Institute Laboratory, for processing.
TEST RESULTS
It will typically take 24-72 hours to receive your test results.
Please wait to be contacted by phone or email, regarding your test results.
In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, please do not come to our clinic or any of our mobile sites for your results, unless a staff member tells you to do so over the phone. Test results are given in two ways: email and phone.
If you have an email address, please provide it when you come in for testing. This will provide a faster way to get your test results. however, all patients tested will receive a phone call with their results.
EMAIL-RESULTS
If you provided your email address, when you registered for your test, and your test result was NEGATIVE, you will receive an email directly from the lab, as soon as your test has been processed.
The sender’s email address is NoReply@lknotification.com. The subject line will say “Lab results available from your provider.”
You will also get a phone call to follow up and confirm that you received the email.
PHONE CALL-RESULTS
If you did not provide an email address when you registered for testing, you will get a phone call. Please note that it does take time to call all of our patients, so giving an email address is the fastest way to get your result.
If you test POSITIVE, someone will call you as soon as possible to notify you of your result and go over important information about the next steps. A contact tracer from the City or State may also contact you.
Positive test results will not be given to you via email.
We can help you set up an account on our online patient portal, when we call you with your results. This will give you access to a PDF document with your test result. You can then print, email, download, and screenshot that result.
If you have any questions, or if you do not receive a result after 3 days, please call us at 617-245-8206.
