Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC) presented a financial donation to the Sarah Greenwood School in Dorchester, to purchase books and equipment for their new library.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC) hosted its annual Health & Wellness Fair at Grove Hall’s Mecca on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In sponsorship with Carney Hospital, Neighborhood Development Corporation of Grove Hall, Neighborhood Health Plan, United Healthcare, Senior Whole Health, Empire Party Rentals and Stop & Shop this event connected community members with helpful information and resources.

Harvard Street has been granted New Access Point funding.

On Saturday, August 1, 2015 CeltiCare Health and Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC) co-sponsored the Get Healthy Fair at Franklin Park Zoo. This event attracted many neighbors who were eager to improve their health and well-being. The fair offered lots of information and activities for all ages.

In celebration of National Women’s Health Week, Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC) held its annual Women’s Health Forum on Saturday, June 27, 2015.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center is a critical source for primary health, oral health, behavioral health, ancillary health, and community health services to a target population that is medically underserved with a myriad of health challenges and many disparities.
