BOSTON — Massachusetts health officials issued a warning Wednesday about possible exposure to measles in locations visited by an infected tourist earlier this month.
According to the Department of Public Health, a visitor from Texas arrived in the area on Dec. 11 on Airlines flight 2384, and departed on JetBlue flight 117 on Dec. 12. Potential exposures to the infected traveler may have occurred at:
- Logan Airport Terminal B, Boston, MA, 2:30 p.m.-4:45 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 11
- DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Westborough, Westborough, MA, between 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 11, and 9 p.m., Friday, Dec. 12
- Logan Airport Terminal C, Boston, MA, 6 p.m.-11:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 12
Anyone who may have been exposed and begins to develop symptoms is advised to call their healthcare provider before visiting an office, clinic, or emergency department.
