Congratulations to the HSNHC team for yet another great accomplishment that position you to better serve our community.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center is exploring a plan to buy city-owned property near its current location on Blue Hill Avenue to construct a new, state-of-the-art facility.

Did you know that children today spend only about half as much time outdoors as they did just 20 years ago?

**BOSTON, MA, APRIL 26, 2016**—Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC), in partnership with CeltiCare Health, has received approval for a $100,000 grant from Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the Trustees of the George Robert White Fund for capital improvements to 895 Blue Hill Avenue in order to establish a veterans’ outreach center. The building currently houses mental and behavioral health services for HSNHC clients and contains approximately 3,500 square feet of unused space.

Harvard Street Outreach and Enrollment team has been spotted around the community.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC) hosted its annual Health & Wellness Fair at Grove Hall’s Mecca on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In sponsorship with Carney Hospital, Neighborhood Development Corporation of Grove Hall, Neighborhood Health Plan, United Healthcare, Senior Whole Health, Empire Party Rentals and Stop & Shop this event connected community members with helpful information and resources.
