Teresa (Terri) O’Brien is the Director of Clinical Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance for HSNHC. She earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) at Boston University in 2016. In her role as Director of QA/QI, she is dedicated to working with clinical and operational teams to improve population health outcomes for the patients served by HSNHC. Before Harvard St., Terri worked on various research teams; including HIV/AIDS work, alcohol and drug addiction research, and studies on muscle physiology in aging. She possesses skills in data analysis for health process and outcome measures, as well as leadership qualities. Terri competed in Division I Rowing at UMass Amherst for 4 years, and stays active by biking to work, rowing casually the Charles River, and taking walks around Franklin Park. She also enjoys practicing her Spanish language skills, and is fluent after having spent time living in Spain and Mexico. She loves to travel and is interested in learning about other cultures; especially the food, language, and music. She is thrilled to be part of the Harvard St. family and is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with every clinical department, to work on health and wellness programs, and to collaborate with the leadership team at the health center, so that we may best serve our community.
