Director of Human Resources

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, he/she will oversee and develop Human Resources services, policies, and programs that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and professional development for a superior workforce.

Serving on the Senior Management team; assists and advises HSNHC managers about Human Resources issues. The Director of Human Resources originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Must be able to consult with, advise, and collaborate with assigned client areas on a range of strategic and tactical human resources (HR) matters including employee relations, compliance, compensation, performance management, labor relations, organizational and talent development, staffing, and benefits.
